Pair of Contemporary Oak Benches

This handmade pair of solid oak benches have a beautiful characterful piece of English spalted pippy oak infused with black resin for the seat. The design is simple but contemporary and allows the seat to be the ‘hero’ of the piece. The benches are very much a matching pair which can been seen when the two are pushed together.

The black resin has been sanded and polished to a gloss and finished with Carnauba wax. The wood surfaces are finished with natural hard wax oil.
