Returns Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase! However returns, exchanges and cancellations are accepted.

If you change your mind about your order you can cancel up to 2 days before delivery. Delivery charges that cannot be recovered will be deducted from the refund.

If you are not happy with your item and want to return it please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

The returned item must be in a resalable condition as new. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note this returns policy does not apply to sale items or furniture that has been specifically commissioned to your requirements.
